| United States | Free* | 7 to 14 working days |

Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the confirmation of your order, unless a different time is shown on the product page. Order tracking
We send you an email when your order is dispatched. You can also check the status of your order on our Track your order page or in your customer account.
Customs duties and import taxes
United Kingdom: as parcels may be shipped from outside the United Kingdom, depending on the value of your order, import VAT, customs duty and a carrier handling fee may be charged on delivery, in particular for orders worth more than £135.
United States: parcels sent from abroad may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing fees charged by US Customs and Border Protection or the carrier on delivery.
These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the price of the goods, minus any return shipping costs charged to us.
Delivery problems
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, if an item is missing or if your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at contact@pocket-watches.co.uk with your order number (and photographs if the parcel is damaged). We will find a solution as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
